na that dont apriciate jumps as its acient scientific land exscuse my spelling it good need to get to know the locals and they will be happy to show you allthe local spots it actually in a town called woburn sands if you google it it will come up also if you like down hill and sort using stuff to make like your own tracks try out porc only short runs but nice and steep and some decent size jumps

yeah aston hill pretty sweat bit leathal in the wet as its chalky limestone epping forest has very shory tracks but ther hidden everywhere there maximum of min long tops and you can get fines for digging tho but worth a look tho
